A few notes for the first week in February. By the way happy 100th Day of school today!!!!

The students will be in an assembly with a visiting author on Monday. His books will be available to purchase. I know the order form was mailed home a few weeks ago, however his books are available to order and have signed after the visit as well. I will only send home new forms upon request or you can get one from Dottie Smay in the library.
Character Day is on Tuesday. Please refer to the letter sent home last week regarding guidelines and presentations.
Thursday afternoon will be a blast for those who signed up for the workshops. I am looking forward to it. If you did not take advantage this year, no worries this may become a tradition every year!
Thank-you for all of my Grandparents/Special Friends pictures, I am looking forward to Friday.

Things in first grade are great!
I am sending home book orders today and they will be due back to me by next Friday, Jan. 22nd.
If you have not sent in Special Friends or Grandparents Pictures please do so by
Tuesday, Jan. 19th.
Thank-you for all of the wonderful Solar System supplies.....
I will be sending home A.M. or P.M. preferences for the February Conference Day. I will then plug you in and send home the schedule. As always, if you can not make that date,
I am available any morning (7:30 a.m.) or afternoon (2:45p.m.). If you have to coordinate siblings please come and see me.

I would like to welcome Ryker to our class. The children have embraced, and welcomed him beautifully.
I would like to remind everyone to check the supply list today, so the children can replenish what they may need for the remainder of the year.
I am also sending home a list of a few items, that the children need to send in for Solar System projects.
